Abstract

The article examines the construction of femininity, taking into account the process of mother and daughter alienation and separation. The psychoanalytic theory, especially the theoretical contributions given by Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan, have been discussed with the aim of drawing up the construct, that is, the resurgence of other figures of femininity.
