This essay aims to report an experience in Institutional psychopedagogical mediation through a work as trainees as required by University to get a post-graduation certificate in Psychopedagogy. The importance of this essay is in the origin of the number of individuals showing learning disabilities sent to a public health system unit which works with severe mentally disordered adolescents, making the health agents develop a project to meet the needs of public schools by promoting meetings with principals, coordinators and teachers in order to understand the disability issue not as a pathology. In addition, there is an opening of a psychopedagogical work for trainees at the schools for an action towards teachers, coordinators and pupils. In short, it is a psychopedagogical work for the development of listening and view for the health unit, the school and pupil on a dialectic motion.
