The objective of this article is to present the work developed by an interdisciplinary mental health group. This work has resulted in the formation of a group willing to cater for the inclusion of children and teenagers with special needs in regular educational institutions. We could notice that the institution demands as much attention and care as the child to be included. The teacher also deserves a careful attention, the relationship established between the teacher and the child needs to be cared after. The care bestowed on teachers goes beyond the inclusion of those who have special needs. It results in the institutional space improvement for every one who is inserted there. Being faced with the situations brought about by teachers, we try through the dialogue, to understand the complexity of subjective actions and the complexity of established institutional relations. We conclude that the action of working with the teacher is essential so that the educational inclusion happens satisfactorily.
