Abstract

From the practice of the author, this article discusses issues relating to different spaces and times of learning. Some concepts of organizational learning are reviewed, but the focus is on the reflections and possible new roles and activities in organizations. New meanings and directions can be built to shares in organizations of the twenty-first century, when proposing the search for confrontations to the new challenges that emerge in the learning and teaching. The proposal here is woven of launching a new look at our own identity of the trader, in our interventions in organizations, a trend that extends prospects for work and add our contributions, finally, within organizational.
