Abstract

This article aims to provide some thoughts from a participatory action research, focusing on psychology, developed in the context of the classroom, a private school in São Paulo who works with children with learning disabilities. The research interest was to facilitate the rescue of life story of these students and create the opportunity to recount these moments, redefines the experience and personal experiences and family. The process occurred through the resources of art, which enables and promotes through art, the self in the sense of integration and organization. Data analysis was based on qualitative change of self-esteem through the metaphorical construction of"Heroes Interior", and improving personal relationships, family and social.
