Abstract

ROJAS, María Cristina. Secrets and truths in the family: its incidence in the problems of childhood. Constr. psicopedag. [online]. 2010, vol.18, n.16, pp. 24-33. ISSN 1415-6954.

The author discusses the connection between the relational and functional modalities of a family and aptitudes and diverse problems of children in relation to learning. She also describes the operation of a complex interweave of subjective, relational and social determinations which extend beyond the family. She particularly analyzes issues related to the intergenerational transmission of significations, as well as the circulation in the family of lies, secrets and truths that heavily influence the psyche and its pathologies. She considers the analysis of these themes an important contribution for understanding and working with learning problems.
