This article relies on Postmodernit to reflect on the contributions of Psychopedagogy in the construction of the School of the XXI century. Drawing a historical review of the concepts of knowledge in the Middle Ages and Modern Age, discusses the support of Psychopedagogy in the paradigm of Postmodernity and its implications for the transformation of the teaching-learning in the classroom. Anchored in the concept of complexity, the Psychopedagogy offers theoretical support for pedagogical actions that aim to (re)integration of the divisions resulting from Modernity. This implies the search for ways to rescue the various facets of the human that had remained outside the school and the enhancement of metacognitive processes of both, educators and students. Some aspects are rated of day-to-day classroom to be rethought through the psychopedagogical eyes. The attitudes of the teacher and the use of art and games as mediators recourses are pointed out as ways for the transformation of teaching practice toward the complexity of thought.
