Abstract

This paper shows the proposal constitution of psychopedagogy acts in Primary Education of a private school which attends Primary Education to High School, Teresa Valsé Institute, in the city of Uberlandia, in Minas Gerais. The research resulted from a Psychhopedagogy Project in that school. It was developed by the Psychopedagogy team and the aim of this project was to systemize, in 2006, the Psychopedagogy service. That time, the psychopedagogist assignments in that school were inquired. Then, the proposal was constituted using the psycho-pedagogical literature based on Piaget premises and others. Their literature also substantiate the school pedagogical proposal because it can contribute in the understanding of children production of knowledge. So, throughout the study, it was realized that psycho-pedagogical work on primary school is related to the teacher continued education, in other words, the aim is to develop a work from a preventive perspective. This proposal is described in discussion itens, about the psychopedagogist cooperation, considering the history, culture and the needs of the Institute. However, its known that psychopedagogist work requires a constant dialogue with the educative community. The psycho-pedagogical work demands to find action alternatives that feasible the psychopedagogist and the primary school teacher a psychopedagogist a thought about the teaching to find ways to achieve the goal wich is to promote the understanding and production of knowledge
