The objective of this work is the presentation of a case of an individual 14 years old and female complaining of difficulty in learning a service attended by school-clinical Psychopedagogy. Were performed six sessions of evaluation, where they were checked and analyzed the difficulties and thirteen interventional care, where actions have been proposed to treat these. The information reported were studied from a qualitative approach from the care provided. We seek a broad understanding of the aspects involved in learning to deal with the case. Difficulties were observed that could not be addressed only by the clinical psychopedagogy service, requiring interdisciplinary intervention, mainly to act in the understanding of aspects of adolescence by family and the patient herself, in addition to the special care of the basics of formal learning that were lagged.
