This article aims to present and disseminate the data in situation of intervention research, focusing psychology, developed in the clinical context. This is the monitoring conducted with the client now called J, 14, for eight months in clinical PUC-Barueri, complaining of difficulty in learning the written language, and the presentation of its evolution, before the interventions psycho, guided by the analysis of affective-cognitive profile and work with narratives. We considered the difficulties presented by J in preparing oral and written narratives, stories experienced by him or others, which led to the work outlined in reading and structural analysis of narratives, alongside strengthening their cognitive-affective style, in order to develop skills in textual narratives-client. This research adopted the qualitative descriptive method and interventions occurred simultaneously in order to allow J and researcher learned, generating significant changes during the process. Data analysis was based on qualitative change in self-esteem by building internal "narrative schema" as well as improving personal relationships, family and social. The proposal is to highlight the importance of remembering, telling and retelling personal experiences in order to enlarge the meaning of life, the subjectivity and strengthen individual potential.
