FAGALI, Eloisa Quadros  e  OLIVEIRA, Maristela Miranda Vieira de. The challenges of learning in social projects: reflections about university incubators of solidary ventures with a multidisciplinary approach. Constr. psicopedag. [online]. 2014, vol.22, n.23, pp. 34-50. ISSN 1415-6954.

This article proposes a reflection on group constructions as a way of solving the challenges of learning in social projects that aim at the social and collective emancipation of communities. The analysis consists of a theoretical and practical research presented in the form of reports of experiences focusing on the actions by the Incubator of Solidary Ventures of the State University of Southwestern Bahia. On the basis of theorists of learning and knowledge, such as Freire (1979), Edgar Morin (1994; 1996; 1997; 1999; 2000) and Pichon Rivière (1988), as well as authors who discuss and underlie the possibilities of social and collective emancipation out of the logic of knowing, learning and transforming, such as Singer (2002), França Filho (2006) and Gaiger (2005), this article proposes, as a result of the analysis, that in a group operative learning process it is fundamental to develop both self-knowledge and knowledge of the other, as well as on the culture in which people find themselves immersed, without losing sight of the awareness of the individual and collective options and decisions for the continuity of the actions and projects. Accordingly, the University Incubators of Solidarity Ventures should focus on a learning process, which is not abstract or far from concrete reality; a learning process that can integrate theory and practice in the combination of different kinds of knowledge, making possible the feeling of belonging to the group and consequently their social and collective emancipation.
