This article seeks to understand the customer complaint seeking the Clinic of the Institution Seat of Wisdom(Sedes Sapientiae) and channel them to the assistance of psychopedagogy. Thirteen records of children and adolescents were analyzed. Data collection was conducted through the analysis of forms filled by professionals from the institution in the clinical records. The results showed that the majority are male and teenager. The complaint most refers to difficulty in reading and writing followed by learning difficulties. It is intended that the data and analysis, create possibilities to improve the clinical care.
