This article is intended to share a supervision project for educators of community day care centers in the city of Rio de Janeiro, based on recognition that they can make a significant contribution for the integral development of the child. Approach the subject from his birth and increase the knowledge about their subjectivity allowed the care with those who take care of it to also be expanded. in the school environment. To this end, we present a new view at the work in day care centers, using the theoretical contribution of Maria Cecília Almeida e Silva, dean of the Instituto Superior de Educação Pró-Saber which brings as an object of study of Psychopedagogy the being cognoscent, in articulation with the APEGI axes (Monitoring psychoanalytic treatment of children in schools, groups and institutions).
