Abstract

The paper makes considerations about the relationship betweeen music and brain, having mostly as support the conceptual scheme offered by Robert Jourdain in his work "Music, brain and extasis", which trajectory is defined by the author as: sound, tone, melody, harmony, rhythm, composition, performance, hearing, comprehension, extasis. All these aspects are analysed from the neuropsychological point of view, showing the importance of musical experience for the clinical activity of the psychologist.
