This paper discusses the memory of people marked by religious belief and living with HIV/AIDS. It assumes that practices, knowledge and experiences of a religious nature cross the subjectivities, creating and strengthening behaviors, putting us in touch with this experience that demarcate this territory of contemporary social relations: AIDS. From several perspectives, the kaleidoscope of relational and discursive possibilities expressed in these characters, show how diverse it is living with AIDS and the ways to represent this living. The text aims to bring face to face the various meanings of memory and what it holds within itself regarding AIDS, as well as the expressions of a sacred order that occurs in the discursive field. It is understood that AIDS, as well as the experiences of a religious nature construct a relational web consisting of different views and expectations on the daily common experiences. AIDS builds, deconstructs and reconstructs concepts about emotions, sexuality, the notion of life / death, both in the social as in the religious contexts. The discourse of religious order has its weight in the imaginary of the person with HIV / AIDS, like any other person and may or may not inhibit actions and affections. The research makes use of primary and secondary sources, emphasizing the need to consider other practices and knowledge to biomedical rationality, introducing other elements of subjectivity to the process and day by day living of the person carrying the HIV /AIDS, that produces complex social representations about the experience that the persons experience in relation with their daily lives.
