The article discusses the associated corrosion of character in accordance with the approaches of personal integrity and ethics in business factors, within a context in which one realizes the impact of the current world system flexible about personal character. Integrity is defined as character, honor, under a holistic perspective, and when the paradigm is the synthesis of personal values compared to the values of the organization, there is some conflict between the integrity of the employee and the lack of integrity of your boss. When a person disagrees with the goals and values of the organization, the integrity can lead to disobedience and disloyalty, and perhaps resignation. The integrity of a person at work requires her to follow rules and practices of the job. It is understood that human behavior operates on a constant dynamism that leads to the investigation of integral factors which impact the expression of attitudes and behaviors. Thus, the study of human motivation has enabled the understanding of the individual. The focus of motivation understood as an inner disposition reverses the order of the factors for the most correct concern should not be seeking to do to motivate people, but one that is primarily focused on avoiding certain situations that may turn people off. As for the means of research, it conducts a field survey by questionnaire closed with some open questions directed the research objectives, with the aim of seizing on the motivational profile and the role of leaders at work, whose objectives are to characterize the motivational profile of respondents and verify the leader's role in the workplace and the impact on the behavior of the employee. The authors surveyed contribute to the understanding of the work process and socio-cultural conditions present in institutions. There is a chance that the model of participatory and integrated management can contribute to the purpose of this article.
