Abstract

This article is a case study of a Municipal Public Organization of São Paulo addressing the training program. The survey includes information on knowledge, learning in organizations and corporate education and aims to present the strategy of a municipal organization, and the training program for servers, and characterize the policies and practices aimed at an organization server training program public of the São Paulo City Hall. The methodology used is case study, exploratory-descriptive, qualitative and quantitative approach. After bibliographical research and a study on the quantitative data the Training Program in the Organization from 2008 to 2014, it appears that many actions have been taken in this period compared to the professional development of servers and knowledge management, but there is still a way to go aligning the education actions in the strategic planning of the Organization, as well as reinforcing the issue of a qualitative assessment of the results of these actions to the achievement of its objectives and goals
