Resumen

Through literature search and data collection in the field, the article describes the influences that occur in the Personality and Organization interface, based on psychological types of Jung, as well as how the organization knows their employees and if they know the organization in they work. The collection of research data is a result of the application of a survey with closed questions and talks of average statistics, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the responses. The predominance of the influence of the organizational context on the staff of the personality is noted, as well as the organization's tendency to know them. Among the psychological types: extroverted thinking, extroverted sentiment, extroverted sensation, extroverted intuition, introverted thinking, introverted sentiment, introverted sensation and introverted intuition; there is a predominance of psychological types: extroversion-sensation and extroversionsentiment
