The conditions of theories and implementation of the organizational management in the last ten years have contributed for the human relations' techniques and for the analysis of the reasons that influence the development and the productivity in the relation venture-work-individual-health. In this area, the positive organizational behavior proposal has been concerned, precisely because it appreciates the continuous development of the capacities for qualifying the labor and social performance of the employee. This paper aims to verify the relationship between organizational support, engagement and spirituality at the work of Brazilian workers. 324 men and women of public and private organizations, aged between 30 and 39 years, answered the sociodemographical questionnaire, besides the organizational support, engagement and spirituality scale at work. The existence of a mediational model in which the engagement at work mediated the relation between the organizational support and spirituality at work was observed.
