This article was written from the reflections about the treatment dispensed to HIV positive patients of the Unicamp's Ambulatory. It is being showed here does not only the transferencial phenomenal importance on the context of the traditional consultation office but in spite of his subtle manifestation, such phenomenon is very important on the treatments of these patients, independent of their conditions like "porters" of a determinate pathology.
