Lacan, in his seminar about the relation of object, differs clearly the three dimensions of the father and accentuate the real father, considered, through the case of Little Hans, as the agent of the symbolic castration. This function is examined here through two clinical situation, of one teenager in which the late surface of a real father conducts to a delirious outbreak, and of one woman that, confronted with her husband sterility, searches her father for a plurality of figures.
