The present work has for objet to examine these difficulties derived to the fault of one adequate formal inscription of the Therapeutic Accompaniment in the Mental Health System, with an exhaustive study of these points in that the Mental Health Law of Buenos Aires City, since 2000,open a strong perspective to his inclusion. We are just working in it with a City's Legislature member. In connection with this problematical, it's opportune to renovate the interrogation about ethic coordinates and the professional responsibility implicated in the execution of this specialty
