The text analyses the context and the reasons for name changes from qualified friend to accompanying therapeutics. You can notice that this change is not only a name change but also a transformation on the conception of this activity. This transformation is there for the search of a pure clinic statute for the accompanying therapeutics, this in detriment of its political roots which are put on a second place or even excluded in a position between clinics and politics. During the text, on this way, begins a discussion about the concept of friendship and its politics implications. So, the point is to rescue the political face of the accompanying therapeutics.
