This paper presents the work carried out in a mental health institution with autistic and psychotic children and adolescents. It addresses the question of psychosis treatment and the practice of psychoanalysis in institution. Starting with fragments of clinical cases, it discusses the coordinates of a team work, guided by the "practice shared by many".
