Abstract

RUBIM, Luiza Mendes  and  BESSET, Vera Lopes. Psychoanalysis and education: challenges and perspectives. Estilos clin. [online]. 2007, vol.12, n.23, pp. 36-55. ISSN 1415-7128.

The aim of this text is to investigate the use of psychoanalysis in Education as an approach to its possible use in schools. Therefore, we have started from the supposition, observed and built up from our practice, that psychoanalysis could be used nowadays as an unique tool of treatment to be used in education. According to our believes, when educators, parents and students are offered a common space where they can share experiences and talk about them, about their worries and anxieties, we observe that this conversational zone opens several chances to find out and solve issues related to education.

Keywords : Psychoanalysis; Education; Intervention; Conversational zone.
