The research practices in psychoanalysis is analysed in the context of the relations between analytical and university institution, as well as the historical subversion that the paradigm of language brings for the study of the Man by sciences. The article aims still think the research in psychoanalysis in the context of analytical formation, considering the notion of "clinical fact" as correlative of the inscription of psychoanalysis in culture.
