Abstract

BIDAUD, Eric. What is left of infantile sexuality?. Estilos clin. [online]. 2013, vol.18, n.2, pp. 318-326. ISSN 1415-7128.

This work aims to interrogate the emergence in the contemporary discourse of the figure of the mistreated child and more widely the notion of the child in danger. The hypothesis that we will examine is that the emphasis on the mistreated child, and in particular of the abused child, pertains to the denial of infantile sexuality, an essential paradigm of psychoanalysis. Behind the threat of "generalized pedophilia", one determines the threat of sexual trauma by eliminating all physical causality to the benefit of an objective reality where the fantasy of incestuous love would find itself incarnated by the pedophile.

Keywords : infantile sexuality; mistreatment; autism; trauma.
