The article reflects on the activities developed in a Project of research accomplished in Universidade São Paulo between years 2002 and 2007, focusing the transference modality that developed on the clinic with children diagnosed as autists and the related difficulties, having as an goal to theorize in the fieldof the psychoanalysis.
