The transmission of the clinical experience is debated in the present article in order to situate, in transmission itself, something of its impossibility: the real of its truth. The transmission scenes that cover up also demarcate the impossible of the transmission. Revealing the experience, something of the impossible to transmit can, perhaps, be transmitted. One concludes that transmission in psychoanalysis implies, besides the finding of both an impossible to transmit and an impossible of transmitting, a new transmission modality, in which each one, putting something of him/herself, reinvents psychoanalysis: something of oneself that would hook the reader, who also puts something of him/herself, in order to transmit the impossible to transmit.
