The increase in chronic diseases has led to increased discussion on the life quality (QV). The study aimed at identifying the quality of life of chronic kidney disease Kidney Clinic in Dourados - MS. Through a quantitative, descriptive study. Data collection was performed by applying an instrument with questions that address the socio-demographic characteristics, and the instrument SF-36 (Medical Outcomes Study 36 - Item Short Form Health Survey). Participated in this study 38 patients with renal failure patients of both sexes aged between 18 and 60.When we cross the socio-demographic data with the SF-36, we see that patients are worse in quality of life in the "Role Physical" and better in the "Mental Health" (p = 0.001). Concluding that the chronic disease and require dialysis and behavioral changes that alter the physical QOL of patients.
