Aiming at identifying and understanding the phenomenon of domestic violence, as well as caring for the victims, we have offered psychological on duty care in the premises of all-women police stations. This practice makes use of Psycho-diagnostic interviews with adults, especially women in situations of violence, whereas with the children the interview is followed by free drawings and "story drawings”. This paper discusses the "psychological listening” and the immediate intervention in order to encourage the subject to search for long-term psychological care - Psychotherapy.
