This current text aims to identify the possible pain representations in subjects carriers of Rheumatoid Arthritis, deriving from their speeches. We understand that the subject, who speaks, speaks of himself and, therefore, reveals his pain, which becomes structured at an individual level, and attends also to the characteristics of pain typology or of particular predispositions, besides several iatrogenies. The group “Designing Life” offers a relevant space that allows to express the echoes of that pain. To approach the subject of pain in Rheumatology is an ethic duty of Health Psychology.
