This paper presents a short proposal of the ' Psychology Service or Department' implementation in the general hospital. Such proposal is justified facing the need of be outlined an identity to the area and, beyond, it’s pertinent to create standardized procedures of action and to offer instruments for the professional, orienting its practice. In this way, the project divides itself in two main lines of action: procedures development and instruments development. The paper disposes still four protocols or psychological scripts, being two destined to the evaluation (in selection and in hospital psychological evaluation), one destined to the standardization of the service/accompaniment register and one script in summary version. Expects, from the present proposal, contribute to offer instruments and orientation of the professional practice and, consequently, to the demarcation of the identity and the part of the psychology inside the hospital institution.
