Through a bibliographical study, there were described the psychological aspects of the health team’s relationship with family an terminal patient, about psychological aspects of the death and dying, besides others aspects. In this context, it was reinforced the importance of the psychologist dealing with delicate questions like these, where terminal situation affects the health team, besides the family and the patient himself. I would be necessary the existence of a comunicacional helper for better communication , and psychological support during a difficult life moment, like this .
