This article presents the vicissitudes of the place of psychoanalyst in the field of medical decisions, more specifically between psychoanalysis and protocols, which emanate from new technology offerings before only present in private clinics and increasingly are treated as public health. These aspects are not thought tend to a loss of the place of the psychoanalyst toward medical indications, which probably would contribute to the disruption that could become an analytical work.
