The objective of the article is to argue the possibilities opened for inside practises clinic of the psychoanalysis in the hospital of a proposal of integral attention the health. As well as evaluating the contribution that the psychoanalysis can offer in the development of projects and class actions through the study of three different experiences, in one same institution, involving the multiprofessional integration around the happened clinical problems of the subjective destitution promoted by the sicken and hospitalization.
