Abstract

The nursing technicians can develop psychological disorders during the treatment of the patients because they demands great emotional involvement. This study has the objective to analyze the relationship between the chronic patients and nursing technicians on a public hospital in Salvador. The population of this study was compound by 40 professionals and the instrument used for analyze that context was structured interview. The interaction between nursing technicians and patients can be difficult by the time of confinement in hospital associate with the patients profile and the kind of relationship established between them. The patients would be interfere on nursing technicians works whereof the understanding of your treatment in hospital. The nursing technicians dislike this interference because debased your job and overthrow your professional function. Another impasses on these professionals practice are the lack of reward from the others health professionals, the lack of appropriate conditions of work and the fact that they don’t have a college degree.
