This work is the result of scientific articles discussions and demands experienced by the authors, residents of Psychology of the Multidisciplinary Residency Program in a hospital, with regard to the work experience and psychological logs in multiprofessional medical records over two years. Aims to reflect about the information record of health psychologists in computerized medical record and its implications. Through the reflections it can be concluded that in addition to the documentary record, the person to person dialogue among professionals facilitates the sharing of information in an ethical, safe and effective way, exceeding the limits imposed by the virtual space and strength hening the bond between the team. The improvement in the medical records and the delimitation of the place reserved for the psychologist in the multidisciplinary team implies gains in the treatment proposed to the patient and an integration of different knowledges in hospital.
