Abstract

GONDIM, Andressa Alencar; PINHEIRO, Joana Angelica Marques; MENDES, Camila Fernandes  and  NEVES, Leticia. The impact of precarious labor in health care services. Rev. SBPH [online]. 2018, vol.21, n.1, pp. 56-73. ISSN 1516-0858.

The study evidences the historical course of the transformations in the working world, with particular focus on the precarious work situation of health workers over the years. This is a narrative review with an in-depth bibliographic survey. The data reveal prejudice to advances related to labor rights, besides the degradation of labor, due to actions that threaten the worker's rights, especially in Health Care, with impacts on the achievements of labor conditions and relations. There has been a marked setback with the current flexibilization of work, since it reaches the labor rights, intensifying the use of the employee, causing losses in various aspects of a person's life.

Keywords : health services; occupational health; working conditions.
