The text reports an experience of focal groups with poor adolescents, regarding drugs use through harm reduction perspective. The focal groups, method adopted for discussion, were realized with about 250 teenagers, and the obtained data are organized in two different categories, called drugs experimentation/use motivators and possibilities of coping.
