Satisfaction and burden were evaluated by the application of the Satis-BR and Impacto-BR scales. Observation of the professional activities and interviews were made to evaluate their work conditions. Satisfaction with service was moderate (3.86). Burden level was low (1.60), being higher in regard to the emotional impact of work and lower concerning the consequences in their health.
