The present paper aims to establish a dialogue between psychoanalysis and resilience theories in rethinking performances in clinics today. It analyzes the concepts of malaise, vulnerability, supplementary series in relation to the notions of resiliency pillars and interpersonal factors. As a result, it explores the contribution of resilience in the psychoanalytic method as a resource to improve the performance in contemporary demands.
