The construction of the psychologist’s identity can be understood through different proposed of analysis. This research enrolls in the filiation of the analysis of discourse of French line proposed for Michel Pêcheux. The objective is to analyze the construction of the discursive identity of the graduating in the area of working psychology that a field of activity of conflicting ideological forces. The method is qualitative and it constitutes a case study, starting from the data obtained through 14 extracted excerpts of the section of theoretical propositions of reports of apprenticeship. They reveal them two dominant discursive formations that emerge starting from the discourse of the other, denominated of maintenance and of transformation, both are projected as discourses in confrontation for a place, the one of the deprived organization. In is ended that the discursive identity is built through the approach game and estrangement of the discursive formation of the transformation.
