This study intends to propose some reflections about the production of another subjectivity respecting the work started from the discussions of the contemporary capitalism. The objective is to think the Work Psychology beyond the point of view of the Ergology contributions. The Ergology is a pluridisciplinary boarding that studies the concrete activity of the workers. It intends to comprehend the challenges appointed to the Human Resources professionals in the contemporary scenery in order to propose transformations.
