MUNIZ, Hélder Pordeus; BARROS, Maria Elizabeth Barros de  and  NEVES, Cláudia Elizabeth Abbês Baêta. Health training processes in health: the strategy of distance education in an experience of the National Humanization Policy of SUS. Cad. psicol. soc. trab. [online]. 2017, vol.20, n.2, pp. 129-142. This essay aims to discuss the challenges of a training work of health workers in a strategy of distance education. The bet is placed on a work with experience understood as a narrative of an accumulated knowledge of generations, which constitutes us as part of our history, and at the same time, openness to becoming. The methodology that guided the work was the analysis of SUS workers' experiences, based on actual reports and situations experienced. It indicates as a result the power of distance education in the formative processes with respect to the extensive scope of these processes, but also the limits regarding the visualization of emotion, of the corporal expression of the production of sense of discourse. It is concluded that virtual communication allowed the cooperation of professionals from different municipalities, but that face-to-face meetings were essential for the construction of ethical guidelines for common work.
