CASTRO, Matheus Fernandes de. Worker's health and solidarity economy: a study of daily life in solidarity economic enterprises. Cad. psicol. soc. trab. [online]. 2019, vol.22, n.1, pp. 65-80. ISSN 1516-3717.  http://dx.doi.org/10.11606/issn.1981-0490.v22i1p65-80.

We sought to know how the workers who find themselves in five solidarity economic enterprises undertakings, from five different cities of the west of São Paulo state, faced, tactically and strategically, their daily difficulties regarding the health of the worker. To that end, we established an ethnographic coexistence that did not exempt a partnership and methodological complementarity with the action research so that we could intervene whenever the groups negotiated our presence. We found some tactical and strategic actions of workers that favored them as well as disfavored them, daily, at the moment they work. However, we were able to unveil the importance of the search for the Solidarity Economy and the cooperation regarding the vectors that promote the health of the workers within the enterprises. Thus, from our experience, we can affirm that, in the aforementioned groups, although the reproduction of the capitalist modes of production is a reality, the fact of looking for different ways of working and earning income is capable state of promoting significant changes in daily life for groups.
