The world of the organizations is being constituted in a universe for the understanding and the analysis of the complexity of the man. This context rescues many things of that were lost in the evolution of the work. The intent to understand the man, focusing about what stimulates and motivates him, and what he realizes, means the rescue of the inherent concepts of this complexity. In this study, we reflect about two phenomenons, party and ritual, important factors in the daily tasks, and fundamental to the context of the socialization and for the meaning of the time of work for who executes it. The study was based in a survey of qualitative nature - ethnographical type - realized through a group of conductors. The study proves the introduction of festive rituals in the instituted routine, which in the end, were converted in elements of meaning of the routine work for who execute it.
