The present investigation tried to analyse, a possible subjective descharacterization, concerning on executive women who work at Caixa Economica of Fortaleza, provided that these women may be getting in a situation of being obliged to perform non-feminine attitudes, in order to keep a suitable behavior in relation to the marketting demands. All the process is organized in masculine parameters. We tried to estimate power and brotherhood relations among men and women, in institutions considered as of fundamental importance for being succeed in business. Fundamental and theorical axis considered elements searched in "Women History" for composing the subjectivation building. The whole study of case was based, in its methodology, on researches taken through questionaires and interviews, examined and submitted to a qualifying sort of analysis. Results indicated that women, nowadays, feel safe in their work relations, without any "bias"come from mens universe, although still exist some signs of discrimination. It was also revealed that the most significative differencial points, today, work on competence and performance excellence.
