Abstract

RIBEIRO, Alexandre Simões. Loucura, cidadania e subjetividade: confluências e impasses. Rev. Mal-Estar Subj. [online]. 2003, vol.3, n.1, pp. 96-105. ISSN 1518-6148.

The present work proposes a reflection in general about the madness and the psychosis, in matter, from an optics that instead of coupling the last to the idea (and, for extension, to the imaginary) of the deficiency, of the deficit or of the disturbance, it apprehends his from an optics that considers his positivity and, then, his enigma. It is treated, therefore, of puttin in operation a psychosis conception that recognizes, in their phenomenons and constructions, the presence of a subject (in the psychoanalytic sense of the concept). It will be followed a reflection then concerning the confluences as well as of the disencounters of this concept with that other one, thoroughly present in the whole revision, in Brazil, of the attendance to the mental patient: citizen's notion. To what extent the progresses of the attendance and listening of the psychosis that have as mark a clinic whose mark subject's concept are shown homogeneous to the initiatives and proposals of the Movement anti-insane asylum? Finally, a clinic that finds his ballast in subject's concept would have as unfolding a speech centered in citizen's notion and citizenship? On the other hand, which the relationships between the subject and the collectivity? Inquiries as they are urgent, above all with the current progresses and conquests of the revision of the attendance in the field of the mental health, revision this that she make to feel not only in the spaces and conceptions of services, as well as in the professionals' formation that there act.

Keywords : madness; subject; citizenship; psychosis; psychoanalysis.
