The present paper treats the sociologic and anthropologic question referred to the objective concepts about Tourism and tourist to demonstrate that the importance of the objective facts referred to tourism phenomenon it is situated much more on the analysis of the critical problem of this activity, that resume the behavior of people forming the customers groups, and not inside the purely and simple conceptual question of terms. Intend to demonstrate that only through the Gestalt psychology and through the analysis of the theological legacy of the modern thought it could be possible to explain the leisure and rest time civilization, today put against the work civilization. It does an analysis of the alienation of leisure and of the rest time (inside tourism) as derived of the work alienation and of the chronic anomie in the firm relationship. It search to demonstrate that only through the realization of Gestalt and communicative action inside the psychological group formation (of tourists and residents) it is possible to arrive at the evolution of the geographical groups to effective the local management of sustainable tourism and hospitality.
